SHIPPING, CANCELLATION, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGE

All domestic orders are processed within with1-4 business days of purchase, not including weekends or holidays. Once your order has been received from the following carriers (UPS, FedEx, or USPS). You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information. Due to COVID-19, please allow 3-14 business days. We are not responsible for damaged, stolen, or lost packages. In case any of this happens to you, please contact www.USPS.com or printandgo@fedex.com.

If you would like to cancel your order. You must email us immediately after five hours, if you have not emailed us you will not be able to cancel the order or get a refund.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return or questions at Garden.View21@gmail.com.
